Professional Experience

Counselor at the Comissión of Constitution, Legislation, Bylaw and Justice at the Senate, during transaction of Act 19.617, which reformed sexual offenses, and Act 19.695 about bribery. Counselor of the Ministry of Justice on the elaboration of Act 20.357 draft, which typifies crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, and on the elaboration of the 2013 Penal Code's Proyect. Adviser at Fiscalía Nacional Económica on spatial and temporal enforcement affairs, related to antitrust law. Counselor at the Chilean Bar Association between 2007 and 2011.

Academic Experience

Professor of Criminal Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez since 2003 and at Universidad de Chile since 1998. Visitant profesor of Criminal Law at the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1998 to 2001. Member of the academic committee of the Master on White Collar and Corporate Crimes at Universidad de Chile since 2013.
